Contact and corrections

Every page is copied from a state licensing agency. If a page here disagrees with the state's current record, send the page and what differs, and it will be corrected. If you run a daycare and the state's own record is wrong, or a citation was overturned on appeal, the state has to change its record; once it does, the next weekly refresh carries the change here. Questions about a specific child's care belong with the provider or the state licensing agency.
